Just thought I`d say a quick Hi to everyone and introduce myself,

Well I`m John and I`ve just took a gamble and bought a Hilux Surf SSR-X 3.0 Ltd thats been off the road for 3 years!

So far the gamble seems to be paying off and I have it running with the help of some battery jiggery pokery and it happily failed it`s MOT yesterday on minor bit`s and bob`s.

I`ll be getting off now before this starts to sound any more like I`m introducing myself at an alcoholics anonymous meeting

Thanks for the warm welcome all, well I`m slowly working through the MOT failures and should hopefully have a running MOT`d truck by the end of next week, then just road tax to fork out for! Gah I hate road tax!

I live in Grimsby Baz and work in Scunthorpe, moved to Lincolnshire about a year ago from Barnsley so I`m still classed as an outsider and treat with suspicion lol
