A quicky to say thanks for the advice on the turbo sensor pipe {manifold end} that you advised me to check in Jan. Couldn't find any splits at the time, but have since found both ends to be B**gered! replaced hose now and reset ecu (much happier) Good call Sir.
On another note, open question, Truck is still running cool and rich, have noticed that when engine is cold then orange ecu test light comes up on ignition live, goes out as expected on start. when engine is warm(ish) then ecu test light does not come up with ignition tho' engine starts normally.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Clues please?
