try Britannia enterprise centre by Morrisons, ask around for Henry, failing that I've noticed a few units available in some of the older industrial units, you might get short term let on one of those.

avoiding henry like the plage, used to work for mick shepard in the centre and me and henry no longer see eye to eye :P
