  • I need to replace two tyres

OK I need two tyres for the MOT
The ones fitted are Dunlop Grandtrek TG28 which are quoted at £130 each

I was looking for all terrain replacements (two at a time)
The only ones I can get at short notice (needed by Wed) are
Dunlop AT2 £81 (dont really like these)
    Bridgestone HT 689 £80
    Bridgestone AT 694 £86

Really wanted the BFG all terrain but I cant get them locally anywhere.
Can anyone offer advice on the above? Or any other recommendations?

Have never bought any of those tyres but the folk over at yotatech are constantly raving about how good the the Dueller A/T 694s are. The H/T are road tyres.

            new booties

i had bridgestone a/ts on my beast, i only needed two but my local tyre place got me 4 enduro a/ts for £55 each. i found that bridgestones are too easily puctured, im a gardener and kept finding little pricks poking holes through the rubber changed to enduros and haven't had a problem they are also a lot quieter when i venture on road.

I read a review on the Dunlop AT2 and they are really rated. Dunlop make great tyres however they are generally a touch expensive. Bridgestone HT are a road tyre and are absolutely rubbish off road although they are spectacularly good on road, great grip wet or dry and they last for ages.

                Cheers

                  OKAY

I need to get the tyres today.

I have looked again at the Dunlop AT2
                  http://www.dunloptyres.co.uk/site/ty.../patterns/AT2/

The pattern didn't look aggressive enough but I suppose its the performance that counts.
