  • recommendation for off road filming

just thought id recommend these little cameras to anyone looking for someway to film a bit of green laning
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SPORT-DIGITAL-...item4aa8f26c7c
one of the garages i do work for bought 8 of them and gave me one free for getting him out the poop when he scuffed a customers car

for a £10 camera its awesome , im just uploading a video to youtube ,
it comes with 3 mounts and a silicon cover
it records at 30fps . but you do need to put a micro sd card in it and a 4gb one will record for up to 2 and a half hours

just thought some of you might find it a cheap option to fix on the dashboard etc to film some laning etc

as soon as the video is loaded ill post a link here

    here you go
ignore the wobbling camera effect, the wife was holding it as i didnt have the mounts on me, and ignore the time and date as i hadnt figured out how to set them lol
but gives you an idea how good they are for a tenner

          Brilliant for a tenner!!

Gonna have one of those. I can think of a million fun uses from on the bike, to on a model plane

<edit> Job done - bought one

Yes, nice find! The quality for £10 looks great and I've just bought one. Should give some good footage mounted as a helmet cam.

Thought a few of you might like them.
There are some cheaper on eBay but they are in Hong Kong and take weeks to arrive. That seller is in the UK and they arrived 2days after he paid for them

Also good if you are involved in an accident due to the time and date it can be used as evidence in an insurance claim...

How are they powered, do they have an internal battery/ies or 12v adapter?
