This gets me thinking. Are there a lot of companies that trade mainly within India, outsource their call centres to cheaper alternatives in the county of Essex?

If not, wouldn't that be a good idea?

I have a feeling the sweary filter isn't working.

Anyway, I like to tell the call centre people that I think whatever letter they sent me constitutes harassment and that their refusal to let me talk to their manager means that they're complicit, and if they ever send me another letter I'm going to call the Police.

It does absolutely no good, of course, but it does make them go squirmy for a bit.
