Don't know if you are still about, but just saw your message and thought I would reply to see if you are still around at 4:15am. I am nocturnal and up all night most nights after several years of permanent night shifts (now semi-retired), but still cant sleep at night.

I know that feeling. Start work at 2am, finish at 8am job 2 starts at 2pm and finishes at 6pm, you never get out of the rut. Even on holiday i find myself getting up at stupid oclock in the morning
