It got axed!

Actually, am not sure if this the right place, but I thought I might share this little gem ....

Just bought this rather useful sharpener ( http://www.axminster.co.uk/accusharp...er-prod376959/ ), and it says it does everything, even the axe!

So I goes off, find the little hand axe I use for chopping the wood, grinds it nice and sharp and after testing I replaces the little bit of rubber over the cutting end that keeps it safe and sharp.

Time passes. My wife needs some more wood, so off she goes and chops up a log for kindling purposes. Nothing more was said till today she decides to confess ....... she didn't realise the black rubbery thing was supposed to be taken off (she says, acting coy) ....... it still cut up the timber lolol

ive had the same oilstone for donkeys years and it still does the job
looking at the box its in it was probably only 5 bob new
