3rd gen engine transplant possable lexus or suzuki

Anybody no if it is possable to lexsurf a 3rd gen? as my 3.0 td is stuffed
A main bearing let go and now there is a big hole in crankcase/sump

Just got back from scrapyard have been looking at a grand vitira 2.7 v6 the guy want's £750 for engine/auto box ecu wiring ect

might be worth a thought!

I don't know if this is of any use to you, but this guy is selling a 3rd gen engine for £875.

The only trouble is it's a very long way from where you are!

It is indeed possible to Lexurf a 3rd Gen. Speak to Vince (Bushwhacker). Don't bother putting a used engine in it unless you rebuild it at the same time, you have no idea of how its been treated. Its always better to rebuild than replace with 2nd hand.
