    Cheers...
    Hospital says my right side is inflamed and so have prescribed me anti inflamatories. She didn't think anything was broken etc and to take these for a week and the pain would go. She had me doing all these bends and I didn't get any pain then.
    Is it worth seeing how it goes on these?

    Well I'm hoping it isnt that! I actually hit a big patch of ice, and the board just went out from under me whilst I was attempting to slow / stop. I was airbourne for a good while before landing flat on my back. I thought the pain was where my belt holding my trousers up dug into the centre of my pelvis. I'm still not sure if that is the case or not, but I didn't fall in the sitting position it was completely flat / ironed out. After I stopped swearing I just about managed to stand up whilst shaking and sweating like a big pansy. And I snowboarded the rest of the hour pretty well.

    I had that... Just stop doing sit ups, and don't lift stuff.

    @Charvell

    Hi Colin might need to visit you at some point. I had an accident snow boarding two weekends ago and I think something might be dislodged or may be fractured. Going to get an XRay tomorrow if I can as the pain hasn't eased at all. If I try and lift anything with any kind of weight or do sit ups I get shooting pains.
    Can't find your number either, not sure what I've saved it as

    Cheers
