Jeez George - everything is crap! Chill dude!

Shameless is ace! It's not meant to be factual for fecks sake! And Mandy - there was always something oddly attractive about her - despite her not really being a conventionally good looking chick. I think its cos she was dirty and went like a rabbit.

I don't actually "watch" a hell of a lot of TV (mostly documentaries or DVDs/BluRay discs) but it always seems to be on in the background cos the wife tends to watch whatever is on.

Got the complete series of Kung Fu from the 70s last month. It's one of the few old TV series that hasn't disappointed me when I've re-watched it as an adult. It's a bit naff and a bit cheesey but very enjoyable IMHO.

Watched some of it for the first time last night. The tv probably has a thin patina of dinner on it now from me shouting at it.
The main papa pikey they were following said he changes his car twice a feckin year!!! From running a small caravan park and tarmaccing peoples drives???

Don't think I've ever witnessed so many women who weren't made just a bit attractive by having massive norks.

Sadly to witness similar I can just look out of the train window on the way to work at our own local camp filled with a selection of identical shaved headed eyes close together kids of all ages that I can only imagine plop out on an hourly basis from the distended womb of some Queen Pikey not unlike the one in 'Aliens'

Them Pikeys - I do hope, after visiting the grave of his teenage son who died at the wheel alongside his cousins (no doubt sober and fully-insured), that he cleared away all the cans of "Beer" (you can't call Fosters beer) from the surrounding graves and left one of his sober friends to drive his new Audi home for him.

Shameless - I am from a Widnes council estate and there were plenty of people around just like the characters in this show. Next-door-but-two was a toothless merchant seaman who did circus clown shows when not drunk or sh*gging his daughters. Her at Number 55, she used to entice blokes back from the local and do the deed in the marital bed while her husband gurned one out in the wardrobe, watching through the keyhole.

Aye, we had to mek us own entertainment them days...

Hehehe bet she loves come dancing as well!!!

Why must the british Public watch so much Drivel, Simple because Sky puts it on the screen.

As has all ready been stated, switch of the television and go do something less boring instead.

                    Where about is that then?

I grew up in Longview (Huyton), went to school at Parkway (now gone) which backed onto Cantril Farm. Shameless is a kind of watered-down 'Canny Farm' - that place was incredible. If I had to pass through as a schoolkid, I used to start running and not stop til I came out the other side!

The missus is from Anfield - which other than the Red's ground doesn't have a great deal in its favour these days either!

I left in 1985 - never regretted it for a minute!

If you work from the basic fact that you are of average intelligence then half the people you meet are likely to be less intelligent than you are ...

Now if you factor in the fact that you have the sense to own a Surf and have the ability to reason then I would venture to suggest that you are well above average intelligence which then infers that the majority of people you meet are thick by comparison !

Thick people watch mindless crap ...
