No. You don't 'need' them at all, but if you have more than 2" of lift on the front the CV joints will bind on full droop, this is worse with BJ spacers as the suspension can droop further than normal. The spacers drop the diff to lessen the angles, the ARB spacers move the ARB out of the way of the diff...

Body lift has no effect on the suspension, so no change in CV angles, so no need to reposition anything.

As albannach said the body lift does not affect bj angle at all. But I've done bj spacers so I need some. I'm going to see my mate this week to make some up as well as 3" coil spacers muhahaha.
