Spare wheel carrier moved under the surf...

Currently have my spare wheel mounted to the back of the car with a hinged carrier. I would like to move it under the car but I have a witter towbar fitted. Anyone done this - or more importantly - anyone want to fit a rear mounted spare and remove their under mounted carrier?

Any help / advice appreciated

shouldn't be too difficult just bolt on the winch that holds the spare underneath... trouble will be the holes left in the bodywork when you remove the rear mount... don't know how the witter bar is mounted but i'd imagine it's designed to fit both?

Lots of us have towbars with underslung spare
