  • [Q]Removing a pillar panel

I searched and found this thread but not really relevant http://www.hiluxsurf.co.uk/showthread.php?p=265160

What is the panel / pillar called between the windscreen and drivers door? Is this an A or B pillar?

Also, I need to remove the plastic panel to run some wires. What is the best way or where are the fixing points for this?

    Thanks!!
    Oh Nana, what's my name?

From front to back on any vehicle with side windows it's A B C pillars.

To remove the plastic trim from the A pillar, you need to remove the grab handle first, then the cover/trim just pulls off.

If you've to remove any panels that are held in with those horrible push in clips, warm everything up with a hairdryer or heat gun, as the clips break, and the panels can crack if cold and brittle...Tony warned me, but...
