They look really nice on 33's as well - makes the wheels look bigger as they stick out more.

Mine is (kind of) if I remove the wheelarch extensions, there's a factory painted border around the lip of the wheelarch underneath that matches the grey lower part of the doors.

The grey 2.4 that Chris had was a pre facelift narrow Andy.
Is the post narrow not just like a 4runner?

I thought, like most things Toyota, there would be a changeover period when both would exist. But I didn't know a narrow body one was actually produced.

To be honest, I've only seen one 4runner and I didn't pay it any heed.

Like most things Toyota, you can get what ever you want! Except I think a pre-facelift wide body, you have to make that yourself.

My 93' UK 4Runner was a 'wide body'

The post-facelift 2 door narrow bodys look good.

Ive got a narrow body 2.4. Thought the only diffrence was 4 bits of plastic fitted to the wheel arches, and yes In also think that they look good with a wider than standard rim fitted. Ive got 8x15 rims fitted with 31x10.5BFGs, stick out just enough to look good without getting the local traffic police all hot under the collar.

Hi, All. Here's a Surf that was listed on a Japanese for sale site. It was listed as a 95 model, so would have ended up on an M or N plate over here. I suppose that we do'nt see as many like this, because the "importers" have always looked for the higher spec models first......Cheers....Mick.
