its the utter bewilderment of the foreigners at the beginning.... is he telling us off??? of joking??? I don't believe they really knew until right at the end when he thanked them for joining in.

Have'nt been on a guide tour for years and never been to the tower as I found them boring but had to watch these all the way thru'.
