Its not really my area I'm afraid (now there's a typical ###### lawyer's response!).

I can't believe you'll get the police interested. As for civil causes of action, I guess the most relevant piece of legislation is probably the Harassment Act 1997, which contains the following:
1 Prohibition of harassment.
(1)A person must not pursue a course of conduct—.
(a)which amounts to harassment of another, and.
(b)which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other..
(2)For the purposes of this section, the person whose course of conduct is in question ought to know that it amounts to harassment of another if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct amounted to harassment of the other.

This is definitely in the running for this century's prize for "Worst drafted piece of legislation. Ever". So you can't harass someone. If you know it. Or ought to know it. And whether you know it or ought to know it depends on whether a reasonable person would think you are harassing them. Go and ask 50 people what amounts to harrassment, and you'll get 50 different responses. So in the end its anyone's guess.

Anyway the upshot is that if this guy's conduct was bad enough then you could probably try and get an injunction.

But they don't hand them out unless it is all pretty serious. Until you have pretty good evidence of a concerted campaign against you I thin kyou would struggle to get for. Plus which it is likely to prove pretty expensive. High Court injunction? About three Lexsurfs as a rough starting price.

So my advice would be to steer well clear of the cockweasel, and just turn the other cheek. That or get Vince round and feed him beers until he comes over all South Wales

But like I said, I don't do this sort of law at all, so would defer to anyone with more experience.

Secondly, a bit of weed is a big laugh and a joke until you actually find out where it came from, how it got here and what the proceeds are being used to fund. Unless you know and are 100% sure of where its coming from, stop it, please. i was busted by the police this morning

secondly i do from time to time use cannabis
the person that gives it to me is an old lady who use's it from the same reason has me
so no money is involed and its the old ladys

well has for the guy in question he has personalitys disorder
made him strange
i fell out with him because he smacked his wife well beat her up
and i went in a had my say
then i and my wife was blamed for everything under the sun
at witch piont i washed my hands of them and told them so
