Parts Identification!!

Got my new cylinderhead this morning,and I seem to have 4 little bits that I can't work out what there for.Does anyone know and can tell me please?????

They are injector seats. Go in the injector holes.

They prevent the head from cracking, they're part of the re-design.

The ones in the old head are stuck fast,so probably a good job this idiot has got the new ones.

The more I compare this AMC head with my old one I'm begining to think the old is a cheap chinese one!! Theres no Toyota markings,and the casting is as rough as F***
