  • Aftermarket fob programming

Quick question - I've got an aftermarket fob, with key blanks that I can get cut for Nina's 3rd gen, but does anyone know if I can get the remote lock/unlock to be programmed into the fob? I've got two, so we won't have to worry too much if we lose a key.

    TIA

It depends on the system. If its an aftermarket one, it may not be codeable.

OK, I'm just thinking about the one I'm fitting, and the one I fitted before to the old 2nd gen, and the ones people buy from eBay. Not codeable. Given that they are £20, including 2 fobs, I'd be loathe to pay £60 to have a new fob for an old one.

Cheers Vince, once it's stopped persisting down outside, I'll give it a try....so, sometime in September then.....
