I know this is a hilux site, but i dont know what is required to service this car

The same as any other:

Oil and oil filter
Air filter
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
HT Leads
Distributor cap and rotor arm (if fitted)
Coolant
Thermostat

No problem. You can do a normal service for £27 with the discount code. The Carina 1.6 takes 3.5 litres of oil for an oil and filter change, 10W/40 Semi synthetic is the manufacturer spec. Here are the Euro Car Parts part numbers and details:
