it's the car version of a "no dad" !!!

"THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN CUSTOMISED IN JAPAN FROM NEW ! I HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NOT ANOTHER ANYWHERE!

THIS IS A TRULLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE. IF YOU WANT TO STOP THE TRAFIC THEN THIS IS THE ONE FOR IT! THIS WILL TURN EVERYONES HEAD WITHOUT EXCEPTION! IT MUST BE SEEN TO BE BELIEVED!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE ULTIMATE HEAD TURNER THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!!! THIS IS IT!!"

He is NOT kidding, there must be only 1 idiot who wants a car looking like that !
Look out Eastbourne, the Pandas are coming !

Looks like one of my Mums icing creations gone wrong

:Start Plug: My Mum can sculpt just about anything in sugar. She has done Jeeps, sports cars, cricketers, spanners, baskets of flowers, canoe complete with canoist and white water. They have mostly been for celebration cakes. They will last just about forever too. Very talented my mum, in my unbiased opinion! :End Plug:
        It's only a hobby!

It's actually a "Yankii" motor, and there are plenty of similar motors on the road in Japan. Here's one for starters

                      http://www.photographica.org/viewpic/15030

Yankii, pronounced yan-key is a term used to describe a person associated with a type of fashion, usually early 20's with their hair dyed orange or gold, they quite often belong to gangs, and tend to drive trucks/ vans that look like these.

It isn't unique by any chance, if you search around a bit, assuming you really really want to you'll find plenty of them available.
