Spare comes off easy enough although i have bolted it to the hanger so no little scrotes can just pull it out but its only 2 bolts holding it in so no real drama if i get a puncture.

It's more or less the same height as the standard 4Runner's foglight, so it should be OK.

The regulations regarding the height of rear foglights just says no more than one metre from the ground. I doubt MOT centres bother measuring them anyway.
