What is this? Fizz?

Does anyone know what this is for? It says Fizz on it. It is located on the passenger side arm rest. Check out the pics below.

doing a tinternet search and it looks like fizz is some bespoke toyota/lexus modifying place in new york. as to the button ????????????
www.fizzautosports.com but the site aint much cop, found there is more info on them from other forums. they also have a facebook page, seems the specialise in import vehicles doing mods,maintainence and custom bit and bobs for what ever the import is. heres a better link to there chicago site.
