        Roughtrax suspension lift.
Monroes on the front, Desertfox on the rear.
You'll need a decent spring compressor or a few extra digits you can spare

          Lots of info there!

Apart from the engine oil, it should be the same as the oil burners really.

I have detailed wiring diagrams on my Lexus CD for the 2.7 if you ever need any, ECU pin-outs etc. I have to print them off, scan and save as PDF files before I can post them on here though.

On longer journeys, a fair bit better than the 3.0TD in my experience. On short 'start-stop' journeys, slightly worse. Haven't worked out a figure, but to be honest I'm not that bothered.

I'm guessing for overall 'general use' its going to pan out about the same.

Good grief man, get rid off lexurf...never!
Just want another one so I can get on with the mods...winch and bumper, light bar, rear locker, panel out the back...I need to be able to use something else whilst I'm doing it...and it's BP not texaco.

                          Yes I know it's in a Tacoma, but they're basically 3rd gen Surfs/4Runners underneath.

Honestly...I drive sensibly most of the time...

Lexurf is sub seven seconds, and I reckon if more air was introduced sub 6.5.

Mmmm, light bar. I have an idea in my head for a low profile one which will look something like an aero-bar from a roof rack. Just need to get my finger out and get back into the shed.

It's feckin miserable out there today though. 100% humidity in fog and slush.

Well I still have the original apache light bar, with the blue led
                                "sidelights". It's just the ticket.
