as you bought it from a dealer will have three months warranty at least

Check all electrics, 4wd system, coolant (antifreeze) all heaters work just give everything a good work out while its under warranty.

I'd do a HPI report. Check the numbers match, under bonnet on the bulkhead, chassis in osf wheel arch and the V5.

Then check for oil in the water and water in the oil, and water leaks.

Make sure you give all the different gear sets a good work out...
...all year round. Don't wait till winter to try and engage low ratio etc...
