fiberglass items

Has anyone here made a snorkel or any other items from fiberglass?? Or does anyone have a suggestion as to anything that would be good to have made from it? I'm looking into making a fiberglass snorkel. It should be a bit cheaper than buying one online but I will also be left with a mould to make moore if its good enough quality! Thought replacenent bumpers may be an idea as they are prone to rot and ver heavy??? Any suggestions would be great.

As said rear 1/4 Bumpers would be a good seller, and I am sure it would be worth buying some originals from RT as patterns you would soon recoupe your money, I for one would buy them..

Yeah that's a good idea, they are prone to rot aren't they! I have painted ones in mint condition so couls use them for templates. Will get set up after christmas now and let you know how it goes!!

Price and quality depending the bumpers sound a good idea and I would be interested. I would think they will take small knocks scrapes better than the chrome ones anyway.
