Roof lighting

my dad wants to put roof lights on his 1995 2nd gen surf......but he not sure bout how to make the bar up, mount etc......can anyone give any pointers ideas etc to aid us along with this cheers

I now own the old original apache light bar. I can't reccomend ut highly enough. Excellent bit if kit and made extremely well.
(note:always buy used electrical stuff from geeks).
