Just been watching freeview C38 Quest,
"How it's made", (oil filters, semi trailers, blown glass,
recorders, filing cabinets, end mills) and many other
everyday products. every night @ 10.00 pm. Brilliant,
have a look, I think it's great.

brilliant I thought i was the only sad beggar on here.......we need to form a sad gits club to run alongside the forum!!!!!!!
It is very intriguing though to see the effort in making everyday things we take for granted..

I watched how bricks and spanners were made the other night after sitting through a load of $hite the women in here watched, just to be awkward and it was my turn for the clicka, they weren't impressed, neither was I to tell the truth but sat through it just to be a tw@t. H

i was watching american chopper on quest a few weeks back, They were building a themed bike for Snap-on, It was interesting to see how the factory produced the tools in the unfinished state ie not hardened or polished and how paul junior used the raw tools in the bike.
They also showed the making of spanners from start to finish in the factory and the quality control they had implemented throughout the process

I'm beginning to think i need to get out a LOT more!!!!!
