TBH, I noticed when I test drove it, but given the price, and the 61'000 miles on it, and the practically new interior... well, I figured I'd 'managed' to do the Pyrenees and some of the toughest green lanes in the UK without the aid of multimode.
I stand by my decision.

Ours has been in AWD for over a week now and doesn't seem to any more thirsty.

T'is incredible when I think about spending 4k for my 2.4.Originally posted by Apache View Post...<cough>
Neither does mine...
Damn, no unnecessary driving in 4wd for me!
£1500 Vince!!! Barely buys a holiday nowadays! I dont know why people still even consider 2.4s for that money when there's stuff like that about. The 2.7s are the bargain of the century at the mo - how long before the price goes up...

Feck, if they carry on selling for that money, I'll buy another one for the missus!
That one doesn't have multi-mode.

It's the petrol it scares folk off. Hope they don't find out the truth till we have a few bargains in the drive

I am passing as its a long trip if it turns out to be a wrong one.
I also have 3 trucks at present so not really got space.
Wheels painted with rattle cans, engine noise proofing missing, wheel carrier missing, transfer lever trim missing. Been keyed on numerous panels
But at £1100 - £1400 must be worth a bid by someone local, you can always walk away if it's a dog
