Heated seat switch Q's for the Lexus chaps.

I'm looking for switches to run heated seats in the surf. Found the almost perfect switch (pajero) but it's a different size to the surf switches in the centre console.

So...

1) Are the Lexus switches the same size as the rear window switch in the surf ?

2)Is the switch a rocker type with low / off / high ?

3) If the answer to the above questions is yes, how much for a pair ?

They are 'push to make' or latching switches, and are smaller than the Surf's.

Thanks for the info Vince - I'll keep on looking. There must be a jap car that has the switch I'm after.
