I'm looking for one as well.

Dara, seeing as you're in Galway, too, do you want to group buy (if we can find a supplier) and split the postage?

What part of Galway are you in?

If it's anything like last year out there you'll need the snorkel sooner rather than later!!

I'm city based, but I'm from Ballyglunin originally. There are a few other Irish guys on here, too, including 2 brothers from Kildare who have a pair of pristine 3rd gens.

I had the old one in easy offroads (fields, small hills) until I killed it on a roundabout last April (the roundabout at the end of the motorway; I dropped 2 metres down the embankment through a rebar'd wall!). I'm not too confident about my off road abilities!!

The replacement one hasn't been off road yet.

Where do you go to to go off road? A few of us are looking for somewhere to go; a couple of friends have seriously modified SWB landies.

oh that sounds nasty wat happened to your last one...i havent actually been offroadin in it yet as i only got it yesterday...but one of my friends an a lad or two he knows go's offroadin back in reece a bit back past maam cross theres loads old rough dirt mountain roads back it that are supposed to be good(he's a local back there so knows the good spots)...im gona go back the next day he's goin an give it a try

i like the landies there a good offroader its jus the reliability an rust that put me off them...was thinkin of buyin a disco or defender before but the surfs swayed me well away from that idea
