quickie.... rear brakes

just quickly can someone tell me if there's something i'm missing?
i can't get the brake drums off!!... do i just pull hard and knock it about with a hammer?... i'm having trouble cos i got a sore hand and can't pull very hard!

it's ok... got it... having wood and tree problems... couldn't see the threaded holes for the $hite on there!! hehehe!!

Bolt sizes

Can I muscle in on the same issue!

Does anyone know the correct size of bolt to thread into the drum? I have tried with metric bolts but they don't seem to want to go in and I don't want to damage the thread?
