Cardiff doesn't, nor does Newport.

If Cardiff had a ring road, half would be by boat! If Newport did, half would be via transporter bridge, which would be coool!

BTW, I thought the LEZ warning was something to do with butch birds!

Well that's a fail for both the truck & the Transit.
I already have to pass on the congestion charge & the cost of parking to customers. The LEZ charge will have to go on the invoice too.
If I include the 2 hour run for 37 miles, jobs requiring trips into town have become very difficult to 'cost' effectively.
2012 may just see me adopting a Just Say No policy with regards to going into London.
