Hi anybody know where i can download an epc installer package.

Thats the Toyota EPC and you can download it off the web (search for Yankee Toys EPC). Thats the quickest way to get it if you got a fast connection.

The one you want for the Japanese Surf is the Speedtoys one. The Yankeetoys one is good for the 4runner.

For the Speedtoys one you will need some software to write .iso images to CD.
