It's very simple to do. At this time of year, when the weather is bad, they'll scour the 4x4 sites for idiots, in exactly the same way that they scour the 'boy racer' and 'bike forums in the summer.

I once got cut up by an unmarked police car, no lights or sirens driving like an ########, when we got into traffic, i filtered past and kicked his mirror off and he chased me for 6 miles but didnt get close enogh to see my number plate
it was on aspen way e14 london and was about 2005 around 4pm on a weekday afternoon
