I got a 7" Double Din Motorized DVD head unit from China when I had the Saab for £135 delivered.

DVD, TV, CD, MP3 Aux, Ipod, Sub, 2 pre outs, Bluetooth, Radio, can't really beat the rice and it worked amazing!

I've a fairly ancient Clarion unit in my truck, good sound, not complaints. Would probably buy another.

            Cheers

I've got a Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57. Not overly flash, but decent sound, has
Bluetooth and you can connect a memory stick to it with a USB and play music through that. Got mine second hand on ebay for £10

Been looking on ebay but they all seem to be going for around £90 "second hand"

I can buy a brand new one for £100.

I dont think I need blue teeth, but I quite like the idea of those stereos that play direct from SD cards or USB sticks - saves having CDs lying around the car.

Any recommendations? Again, I'd rather not pay much.

I've just bought one of those gadgets off ebay, plug it into the ipod set it to an FM frequency and tune your radio to the same, and that works fine probably sounds better, around £8.00 delivered. I was thinking of buying new CD player with an ipod usb connection, glad I didnt now.

I have one of the Sony MEX BT ones and id deff recommend one. Hooks up to my iPhone for calls as soon as you switch it on and the handsfree is clear. Can even play music from the phone through it. Nothing flash but does the job.

The one I had looked superb in the Saab. I will get another one to go in the Surf without a second thought.

The DVD is great and the best thing about the DVD is it will play the MP3's from a DVD Disc.....you can get tonnes of MP3's on one disc.

with the TV aerial its works great!

Never used the Camera Inputs but it powered 2 amps and a 7 speaker system with no worries.
