  • Amazing quality fabrication!

    http://fullboost.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=8160

Check out the amount of quality fabrication/welding/machining that has gone into building this drag car. Everything is bespoke!
The engine is a 'new skool' Ford 4.6 32 valve V8. The goal is 1800bhp and sub 6 sec 1/4 mile times.

Must be some 6sec, arse clenched the whole run I bet.
It is also fairly short for that sort of power. I would love a passenger run in that.

Lot of attention to detail for a lot of money, just amazing.

Very good thread Vince, some nice welding going on there, on the Ally you can count the weld pools nice, I weld Aircraft grade Ally on some of our food manufacturing tooling and it takes some skill to get it like that.......Respect

                              Very nice
I would want bigger brakes on it if them parachutes dont open will take some stopping I gues its a trade off for the weight.
