Have you replaced belts on the 2.7? Do you have a part number for the alternator belt? Mine has japanese writing on it so cant really look that up in halfords parts references

If you by any chance know the alternator spec too, that would save me dragging my loadbank into the carpark to work it out for myself - depending on the capacity of it, I'm thinking of fitting a bigger one in prep for a split charge system and a 2nd battery.

Not changed them yet as the truck had a full service just before we got it.
    The alternator is 80A.
    Belt numbers:

L=*** is belt length in mm.

I think we need to update the website and where the Search option is get rid of "Google/Yahoo/MSN" and add "Bushwhacker"!!!

Vince, Gates equivalent for fan / alternator belt is K050340.

Wondering if its worth having a section for the 3RZ-FE. In the future, they're probably gonna outnumber the old 3.0 V6.

Also, there is a 90A 'upgrade' new version alternator for this engine. You may already have it, yours being a newer one.

            Excellent!
Damn right we should have our own section, just think how nice and quiet it'll be in there.

Dunno what alternator I've got, but as it's one of the last of the 3rd gens I hope it's the new one.
