Got a new battery today.

As there's only me and you use this type, thought I'd let you know.

Bought and paid for battery 'X'. Took it home. Wrong size - too wide by about 20mm. Took it back. Chap says 'ah yes' and gives me a Yuasa Professional jobbie which was the right size, and of 500CCA (200 more than the Hitachi one fitted) and says "that will be £10.50 extra sir". I say "I didn't bring my wallet back with me as I was just coming back to exchange cos you sold me the wrong one!". Sooo, he gave me the Yuasa one for £55. Happy bunny

When you say too wide, do you mean the clamp wouldn't fit on top?
I've got a few batteries here at the moment from all the lexi.

No, wide when viewed from the front. It overhung the plastic tray. Now I'm normally one to 'make it fit' but as the truck is new to me, I wanted the right bit!

I'll get the part number tomorrow - maybe we can build a library of bits similar what they have for the 2.4 and 3.0, and other 'common as muck' variants...
