In light of my dealings with Stormforce, especially the most recent, I would like to submit a motion that he be awarded the C.S.M.
(Otherwise known as the Customer Service Medal.)
"For Service Excellence" to a grateful forum.

I don't need to tell you guys how much he has helped so many of us, but I am especially grateful for a part he recently supplied, that is very, very difficult to get hold of, as it's just one part of a set. One that I've been hunting for, for a very long time!
That single purchase has made the difference between me getting my refurb finished or not.

So...do I have a 'second' for this motion?

I for one am not happy with the service from stormforce, he supplied me with a veg oil heater which was extremely expensive "£20" & didn't fit it for free.

    Shocking if you ask me.
