I got my bumper today (it was here when I got home from work) Thank you Stormy - I'll look into getting it repaired

rich got the pulley and clips thanks mate but i was also after the timing belt cover as my pulley was catching on it but what i'll do i'll see how bad it actually is if it's not worn through i won't bother but if it is worn through then i'll speak to you about a replacement
oh and just out of interest i've managed to stop the pulley slipping at the moment til i can get to fitting the replacement all i did was get the engine warm make sure the pulleys is perfectly straight and dribble superglue down between leave it for 24hrs and the end result is no squealing so as a get you on til a replacement can be got and fitted this bodge works

yes mate its the outer case let me know what you want for it, like i said rich i'm going to check mine properly when i swap pulleys so if it's knacked i'll let you know mate apart from that her indoors is giving me grief about spending on the truck so i'm keeping my head down at the moment lol
and the clips worked a treat i ended up being able to make the ones you sent work by bending them to copy the 3ltr type clips so i've got the rear ones fitted just a shame i got em slightly off kilter but hey what the hell if anyone notices then it's too late i'll have run over them...

yes rich i could do with them mate as i made a couple from some shim steel i had about but it's nearly 1.2mm thick so the bends are a bit ropey lol they work but it looks like frankensteins first attempt at life
