I'd rather have the roof jumping car in Batman begins with Christian Bail. That thing was great smashing through walls and jumping over roofs, Far out !

Don't get me wrong i like the original car, it was a nice shape and was good in the 60's

The original series batman car was modeled on a Lincoln "futura" by i believe George Barris, ya can see the resemblance, revell do a pretty basi model kit of the lincoln, nearly bought one on ebay a while back

Originally the Bat mobile was going to be a Volvo P1800 re-designed by George Barris (who helped design & build the 'Bat Mobile') but the shows director decided it had to be an American car!
No accounting for taste.
