I reckon it's got to be the MK1 Surf concept car. The designer went to Mr Toyota and said, "What do you think to this, boss?"
And Mr Toyota said, "I like the idea, but it looks like an estate car x pickup." "Now, go and make the lines flow a bit better," Said Mr Toyota.
So the Surf was born.
The concept car had a 12L V12 Engine and Tony is now in heaven because he found it!
And they all lived happily ever after.
It's amazing the influence that having the grandchildren over can have on you! This was their bedtime story. I wonder why they fell asleep?

Very close... Its a 2.0 Petrol SR5. 5 speed manual, 1st Gen 4Runner - LHD as you say. It was first registered Dec84 which makes it one of the very first 4runners ever made.

Ideal for a V8 conversion and LPG dont you think??
