1 and a 1/2 inch rear coil lift spacer ?

Does anyone have the internal and external circumference diameter measurements for the 1 and a half rear coil lift spacers? How round and how thick the metal should be I think that means???

My mate has offererd to make me pair for free, I printed off the drawering from a previous post but the requested dimensions are missing.
