I saw one of these yesterday, never seen one before. It had Belgian plates on it and to be honest the front of it looked pretty ugly, anyone else seen one?

yup that red one is a good version of what we have over here (Canada) They are my favourite trucks here. Well kind of tied with the Toyota Tundra, not sure if you guys have those over there. I just wish they made diesel versions. If it wasn't a tacoma with a topper then maybe a 4runner? Either way they look way nicer without a topper, for a 2wd version that looks amazing search the toyota x-runner

that's what we call a 1/2 ton truck here. It's the smallest of the full size range and the biggest that Toyota currently makes. After 1/2 ton you get into 3/4 ton and then 1 ton and now 1 1/2 tons (think ford f-150, f250, f350 and f450 each going up a 1/4 ton on the last)
The Tacoma is considered a midsize here or so mark that a step down yet at around 1/4 ton. I believe the hilux which is what the Tacoma was based off of is considered a compact, I would imagine that would also be considered a midsize over her.
Here's the Tacoma again in it's top model (TRD)
Heres the pre 2010 4runner (also considered a 1/4 ton/midsize)
and now the new 2010 4runner
Now the 4runners offroad brother the FJ Cruiser
and lastly the only SUV Toyota over here that is 1/2 ton the Sequoia
and lastly the concept I hope they make... the Toyota Tundra 1 ton Dually Diesel
