cam belt / timing belt 2.4, removal HELP needed

  • cam belt / timing belt 2.4, removal HELP needed

    hi all
    im replacing my cam belt / timing belt, i have looked at other thread but they are all for the 3ltr not 2.4.
    i have got as far as removing the rad, fan and two 1st lower pulleys but now im stuck. i cant seem to find out how to remove the rest of the upper and lower pulleys so that i can remove the cam belt / timing belt casing.
    please help, mot is on friday and going back to bonny scotland sunday 400 miles away

      cheers,
      i saw that page but theres a few things i dont know what are i.e harmonic damper.
      also do i need any odd tools, i dont know much about terminology and i dont have many specialist tools.
      i need stuff in real laymans terms, im retarded
