bleeding brakes

hi all a mate wants to bleed the brakes on his land cruiser 70 do you have to do this in a set way ,or can he start and finish were he likes.

Start from the caliper or wheel cylinder furthest from master cylinder and works inwards, don't forget to bleed the LSV if it has one.

LSV- Load sensing valve usually located on rear axle.
