2nd/3rg gen intercooler

I know fitting an intercooler has been looked at before but if anybody is intrested i have a 3rd gen surf and also a wreg 20td suzuki grand vitara and the intercooler on the suzuki is a dead match for the surf one !

Looking at it i think it would fit at best with a simple bit of rubber piping to conect to the inlet manafold and at worst a simple adapter plate

Interested in fitting an intercooler to my 2nd Gen, do you know if its just the pajero ones that fit?

I think you need a 2" body lift to get one under the bonnet but then there are loads that fit

Yea putting new tyres on the old one and maybe a 2" lift but will see when i get them on but our new one should be alright for one just having a few issues with it getting a bit warm and think one might help a bit, looking around here and searching on ebay at the moment but i guess will see what turns up

I would be inclined to fit an oil cooler for the ATF Rob as that should help more than the intercooler.I think it will run hotter anyway by running the 35's thats on the truck

Haha already got one fitted anything to try and cool it down a bit... turns out i have to nip out tonight for a bit anyways so will try the other ECU Soooo fingers crossed.
Those 35's are ###### great big bits of rubber to move round right enough (kinda like them tho )
