    Finally.....

    I have finally picked up my Surf at the weekend. Very happy with it so far. Hopefully I will be able to join the rest of you at weekend event's, getting my new baby very dirty and look forward to many a chat on this excellent forum.

    Well done on your excellent choice of car, Stewart. Hope you enjoy your Surf as much as I enjoy mine. Never has a car been so pampered in my hands but then she's worth it. The other half is getting a little jealous though..........

      This is a present to myself, as I do not have the other half any more. Traded her in for the surf.

          Did you trade her in as part exchange for the Surf? I thought I might try that myself, but mine has got too many miles on the clock. The dealer also said that her clutch was slipping, and the big end was knocking. So I'm now thinking about breaking her for spares, anybody want a pair of hooters?
          Only joking really, who else would put up with me?

            Yeah, got a really good deal, I got the surf and I gave him the house, Alfa and some cash on top, just so he would keep her .
