Surf train

Can anyone do a Surf train from Diesel Weasel in Hemel Hempstead to me in Norfolk/Cambridge/Lincolnshire area ? He has 5 3rd gen alloys with tyres and a single tyre for me .
I can meet somewhere if anyone passing juntion 17 of A1 or near the A10 Ely onwards.

I can do Hemel to Chatteris as I'm up and down the A1 most evenings, I'll be passing by Hemel on the way into work about 10 or 11ish.
